New packages and business structure for 2014

As of 1st September 2013 we're changing our packages, pricing and booking structure. We'll be doing less weddings, offering more services within each package and a selection of optional extras.
Why the Change?
Our camera hire company has grown over the last few years to the point where it's necessary to trim back on the amount of weddings we do so we can spend more time building up and marketing that business.
What does that mean?
We've decided to undertake a maximum of 25 weddings and civil partnerships per year and only within the peak season 1st March to 31st October.
Our packages have been slimmed down, made more inclusive with a simplified add-on structure.
We're slimming down the number of albums we offer. And based on sales over the last 2 years we'll be keeping the most popular choices.
We aim to concentrate our services more locally than we have done in previous years - within the Herts and West Essex region however, venues further afield will be considered subject to a fair mileage charge.
How does that affect you?
If you already have a booking, nothing will change - your wedding or civil partnership will be still be covered by us as before, your package (and the price) plus albums choices will all stay the same.

Couples booking between 1st September and 31st December will have the option to choose either a current package or one of the new ones. As we hit 2014 we'll only be offering the new packages.
