Terms and Conditions
Dates are secured only when a deposit is received.
The balance payment for our services must be paid [and cleared by] the date booked. If, on the day of the ceremony, the balance isn't paid to our satisfaction we reserves the right to provide or not provide some photographic services such as we see fit.
Payment for additional photographs & albums is made when these are ordered.
Any bank charges incurred due to returned cheques will be debited to the client.
The deposit will be forfeited if the client cancels at any time.
We shall be the exclusive photographer retained by client.
Should the client postpone, at photographer's discretion / subject to availability; monies may be applied securing another date.
If the photographer(s) are unable to fulfill the role of wedding photographer on the day due to any unforeseen circumstances, a full re-fund will be given to client but no further liability will be sought with respect to agreement
Weather permitting the photographs will be taken as agreed in co-operation with the client subject to any schedule changes.
Booked coverage is dependent on the agreed photography timeline.
The photographer cannot be held responsible for lack of coverage (how so ever) caused by any member of the wedding party or officials of the church, register office or licensed marriage venues
The copyright in all photographs created by the photographer shall remain the property of the photographer in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The clients shall have no right to reproduce, nor to authorise the reproduction of, by any means whatsoever, any photographs created by the photographer. This includes photocopying, scanning into a computer, photographing with a film/electronic camera, including a video camera, and producing a hard copy on paper, film, or similar medium and also recording an electronic image on a computer hard disk, or any tape, disk or other recording medium. Nor is it permitted to transmit or allow to be transmitted such images by cable, radio waves or the Internet. The client acknowledges that infringement of the photographers copyright is unlawful and may be a criminal offence
Upon delivery of images the client becomes legal owner of the images purchased & may reproduce them as often as they wish.
It is understood that all images taken by us may be used for advertising/display.
While all care will be taken with images taken, the limit of liability for failure to deliver images usb sticks, prints or albums for any reason is the return of all monies paid.
We will not be held responsible for damage of products that were dispatched undamaged.
We are not liable for degradation of images due to poor handling and insufficient care
All albums need to be kept at room temperature, stored in a box; away from heat and direct sunlight all listed will reduce the life of your album and images. The photographer accepts no liability.
All re-orders shall be an extension of this contract.
All re-orders must be paid for in full prior to orders being dispatched.
We will not be held responsible for any venues restrictions that prevent images being taken.
Due to technical processing, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching.
We cannot be responsible for print selection errors; re-prints or album prints. We will take no responsibility for albums that have incorrect images due to client error a charge will be made for re- album design.
Artistic Style: On its' own behalf, and on behalf of the subject: The client acknowledges that the client is familiar with the photographer’s portfolio & is requesting services with knowledge of the photographer’s style; that the photographer’s work is constantly evolving; that the photographer’s services are of unique & artistic nature; that the photos may be different from photographs taken in the past.
We cannot be responsible for the damage to usb sticks provided, appropriate care is the client’s responsibility. Whilst we endeavour to keep the original images indefinitely we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to files caused by a hardware failure.
We cannot accept responsibility for the reliability of the post. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of prints, albums and USB sticks etc that are sent through the post.
All prices and packages are subject to change.
Future bookings will be priced at the time of booking
